Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative and strategic support to CEO Office including preparing briefings, reports, presentations, agenda setting, documentation, follow-up, and preparing minutes of meetings.
2. Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and departments on the status of assigned tasks and projects and maintaining an updated & comprehensive tracking system for monitoring the status of assigned tasks and its timely completion.
3. Draft reminders, summaries, and updates to ensure the team remains aligned with issued directives of CEO Office.
4. Maintain records and documentation alongwith collection & compilation of the required data on regular intervals for producing timely reports to support decision-making.
5. Coordinate and facilitate internal meetings to review progress and resolve bottlenecks alongwith identifying delays, gaps, or challenges in task implementation and addressing them promptly
6. Coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings, events, and commitments on behalf of the CEO
7. Perform other tasks as assigned when and where required.
Qualification:
Minimum 16 years’ qualification in Management Sciences/ Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 03 years’ experience in Office and/ or Protocol Management preferably in development sector or consulting services
Skill-set:
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Professional Software/ Virtual Platforms in relevant Technologies.
Frequency of Travel:
Occasional travel to Provincial Capitals.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
