Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan invites applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic candidates for the position of Admin Assistant based at Community Health Program, Sindh.

Position Summary:

The Assistant Admin will provide administrative and operational support to the CASI Project, ensuring accurate record keeping, effective stock and inventory management, and timely procurement support. The role will also involve coordination with LHVs and relevant stakeholders, while ensuring full compliance with organizational and donor requirements across all stages of project activities, including pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all administrative compliances are completed before initiation and after completion of CASI project activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and registers related to project activities, assets, and inventories.
  • Manage stock and inventory of nutrition supplies, IEC materials, and project equipment, including timely reporting of any shortages.
  • Support procurement processes by collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements, and ensuring compliance with approved policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with LHVs regarding daily activity plans, reporting, and administrative support requirements.
  • Assist in logistical arrangements for training, meetings, and nutrition-related field activities.
  • Support data collection and reporting for the carbon management tool on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist in tracking energy usage, waste management, and transport-related emissions at project sites.
  • Maintain updated equipment and asset database for the program.
  • Support implementation of climate-friendly practices at program sites and promote environmental sustainability awareness among staff.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualification, Experience & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, preferably in healthcare or donor-funded programs.
  • Prior experience in nutrition, health or community-based programs will be preferred.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and registers related to project activities, assets, and inventories.
