Who may apply
- A registered firm (SECP or Registrar of Firms, or a sole proprietor with NTN) holding a PEC contractor licence 2026 of category C-6 or higher, civil works (CE-01)
- NTN and Active Taxpayer status
- PRA registration, or proof of applying, before the contract is signed
- At least 2 years in building works
- At least 2 building works of PKR 1 million or more each completed in the last 5 years
- Average annual turnover 2024-25 and 2025-26 of PKR 5 million or more
- A PEC-registered B.Sc. civil site engineer with 2 years and a DAE civil site supervisor
